Make your purchase smoother by using our easy transportservice. We will deliver straight to your door and if you wish, even carry your object to its new place in your home. You can calculate the cost for each one of our delivery options on the item page, and place the order after you have paid for your purchase.

Depending on the option you choose, your item will be delivered to your home, or to your nearest representative or collection point. You order shipping once you have paid for your item when you are logged into My pages. Shipping for small items costs from SEK 149. The normal delivery time is 1-5 working days and you will receive an e-mail confirming when you will be able to collect your item.
For an item to be eligible for delivery, it must fall within certain weight and measurement limits. For an item to be delivered to your home it must weigh a maximum of 35 kg and the parcel must be a maximum of 150 cm tall with a maximum circumference of 300 cm. For it to be delivered to your collection point it must weigh a maximum of 20 kg and be a maximum of 150 cm tall with a maximum circumference of 300 cm.
You can also have the item delivered straight to your home at the address given as your invoicing address when paying via Klarna. The carrier not only brings the item, they will also carry it in to the location of your choice in your home. You can order this service if your item is large and/or weighs more than 20 kg.
Carrier services’ shipping times may vary and may depend on the size and weight of your item, the collection address and the destination. Normal shipping times are 5-7 working days within Sweden, 10 working days to Finland. The carrier will contact you 1-3 days before delivery to agree a time that suits you. They will also phone you before arrival.
The carrier will ship your item between our offices in the Nordic countries. Once you have paid for your item, you can order shipping to the office of your choice (does not apply to Norrköping or Arsenalsgatan in Stockholm). This option is available if you are logged into My pages. You can then collect your item from the selected office.
Carrier services’ shipping times may vary and may depend on your item’s size, whether it is complicated to wrap, its weight and its destination. Normally it takes 1-2 weeks. Payment must be made within 8 working days of the end of the auction. Payments for items purchased by private individuals with an address in Sweden, Finland, Germany or Austria for total amounts of up to SEK 100,000 are made via Klarna’s payment service. Payment options, e.g. card payments or invoice, are shown on the payment page. Payments are made via bukowskis.com under ”My pages”. Payments for commercial customers and for private individuals for total amounts exceeding SEK 300,000 will be invoiced by Bukowski Auktioner AB. You will find your invoice at ”My pages” at bukowskis.com. Payment may also be made at the auction itself at Bukowskis’ premises at Berzelii Park. Please note that payments cannot be made in cash.

For lots that are not collected within the above time period, a storage fee of 50 SEK. (incl. VAT) per lot per day will apply. The storage fee for furniture and other bulky items is double that of other lots.
For objects sold in Helsinki, all collections are made at Mastokatu 4-6.
After eight days, a storage fee of 50 SEK per day and object is added. VAT not included.
Collection: Items from Systembolaget's beverage auctions are collected in Västberga, Västberga Allé 3.
Transport: You can send your item to one of our offices (Note only within Sweden) and pick it up yourself.
If you do not want delivery, you can pick up your item at one of our local offices where the item is located. The location can be found on the item page and under "My pages" and our addresses and opening hours can be found here
To speed up delivery and minimize waiting time, we encourage you to book a day for pick up.
Unfortunately, we cannot package items handled by other transport companies due to the risk of damage.
For items that have not been picked up within the specified time (7 days for online only, 8 days for Live/hammer auctions), one will be charged storage fee of SEK 50 incl. VAT per item and day.
Bukowskis does not have its own delivery service and never acts as a carrier/transport service. Bukowskis’ role is to act as an agent for shipping services and the actual shipping is carried out by MTAB, Bring Parcels AB or other companies selected by Bukowskis. The shipping cost includes goods picking, loading, professional packaging and delivery checks.
